Prior to joining Sherrill & Cameron in 2021, Josh spent ten years working at some of the larger foreclosure/real estate firms in Charlotte, NC where he gained vast amounts of knowledge and experience useful for all
matters of real estate transactions. Josh represents clients ranging from first-time homeowners to seasoned real estate investors. He represents developers, owners, borrowers, and businesses in a wide range of real estate transactions for the acquisition, disposition, leasing, construction of real property.

Josh is an accomplished long-range runner. He has finished several marathons as well as finished in first place in many 5K races. His wife, Maleah, is a real estate paralegal and they have two young children.
